error loading new terrain

Hi, I have a problem loading a tif file for a new terrain. The following error comes out
Can somebody help me?

The ‘permission denied’ note says to me that the E: drive is write protected or you don’t have administrator rights to use that drive. Or you could be trying to overwrite an existing open file.
