Dear all
I have been setting up different models in a Norwegian river using a large Green LiDAR dataset with a very high point density (up to 30 points pr m2) for making accurate DEMs as input to the model.
The models run fine on my LAptop (ZBook 15 G3, Xeon E3-1505M 2.8 GHz, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA M2000M graphics card). But as the models are quite large and can take between 2 and 32 hours to run, I would like to use a dedicated computer for running the simulations.
I have access to a computer running Windows Server 2016 (i9 7900X 3.3 Ghz, 128 GB RAM), but I keep running int errors using this machine.
Is it not possible to run HEC -RAS on a server? The latest error code was:
Error with program: RasUnsteady64.exe Exit Code = -1073741819
Thansk for any help
