Error determining interpolated cut line

Greetings. I am attempting to make a 1D cross section with a culvert. When I add in the culvert and I try to save geometry I get the following error that prevents saving: Error determining interpolated cut line. Any ideas?

Hi Joseph,

I’m an infrequent user of HEC-RAS and had the same issue yesterday when adding a culvert to a 1D model. I changed the following Items and it seemed to resolve it for me.

– Added upstream and downstream (i.e. rows 1 and 2) Eastings and Northings for each culvert barrel I had nominated for the culvert (even though I wasn’t using 2D modelling or GIS and had not needed to do this on past projects, I suspect I inadvertently turned on GIS spatial somehow);
– Added the bridge deck.

I think the first Item resolved the issue although I’m not entirely sure and the only information I could find via Google on the error message was your forum post here from a week ago.
