Elevation of flood has not reversed with the reverse of cross sections

HI

I have reversed the cross sections in ‘reach invert lines table’ so that my arrow of direction downstream reversed. However now when i have ran a steady flow, the elevation of the water has remained the opposite to the elevation of the landscape, formulating error. Is there any way you can reverse the order in which each cross section input of water goes in?
