Within HEC-RAS 5.0 BETA, I’ve been trying to edit points through the “View/Edit Computation Points” window of the 2D Flow Areas editing screen. After I’ve made my edits and hit ‘OK”, my changes are wiped out and the points revert to what they were before. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?
It would be really helpful to have the capability to edit these points. I find that it’s easier to draw the points in a CAD program, where I can line them up far more precisely and then paste the coordinates into HEC-RAS, than it is to use the Geometric Data editor window.
