    I’m rereading how RAS computes flow through culvert. It was not clear to me how RAS uses Chart and Scale # from FHWA 1985.
    I think RAS uses these values in the Inlet control computation, instead for Outlet control computation it uses the Entrance and Exit Loss Coefficient (as is stated in User’s Manual pag. 6-53).
    Am I right?
