Cross Sections 2-3, Bridge not perpendicular to Stream flow

Hi all
I have a question to ask. I am cutting cross sections in GeoRAS. I have a bridge that is not perpendicular to stream flow. I wondered how should I cut cross sections 2 and 3 (up and downstream of the bridge) should I cut them perpendicular to stream flow or parallel to the bridge? Also does anyone know any manual I can read about skewing cross sections?

You should make them parallel to the bridge then skew them. I believe the RAS manuals do a good job explaining how to skew
