Apologies if this is obvious, but I didn’t see anything in the User’s Manual or Reference Manual and couldn’t find anything online regarding this. If I have interpolated cross sections, I assume I use the Cut from Terrain button on the “Cross Section Data” editor window to adjust the cross section to fit the actual terrain, correct? If so, in cases where you have many interpolated cross sections throughout the reach, is there a table or a command to do this for all interpolated cross sections?

If you are happy about where the interpolation has placed your cross sections you can batch cut them from your terrain.

In the geometry editor go to: GIS tools >>> Terrain >>> Cut Profiles (XS….etc)

    cheers,

    Toby
