Critical depth computation in culverts

Hi,
I am modelling a culvert with very basic conditions.
It is a 1D model 40 m long with 4 cross sections and a circular culvert.

I have set up a blocked depth of 0.3 m in the culvert data editor, so I expected the critical depth to be above it, but in the profile plot is presented fat below the blocked area, see the picture.

Is it correct?

Why?
