Creating the reaches exact lenght

hi members .

i am very new to HEc- Ras

i want to create the 3 reaches of exact 1 km . is that possible to create by using just simple put “1” in the box

and also i want to add x-sections manually by putting the nodes .

need asap help

You could define a reach exactly 1 km (1000m) long by describing the upstream-most and downstream-most sections 1 km apart. Then you can use the interpolation feature of RAS to insert evenly-spaced cross sections within that reach.
