    I’m getting the following error when creating a terrain file (.hdf). I have closed all other programs on my computer.

    Error creating Terrain: The process cannot access the file ‘V:\GIS\1240\0201 HUC 8 Study\SHP\HEC-RAS\Terrain.DEM_elev_ft1.unrounded.tif’ because it is being used by another process.
    Cleaning up files…

    did you try doing this on the local machine? Sometimes networks cause problems.
