I am trying to model a bridge opening with the Momentum and Yarnell Method. It requires inputting coefficients, namely Drag Coefficient and Pier Shape Coefficient. I can find their values in the model manual ranging from 0.32 to 2 and from 0.90 to 2.50 respectively.

I wonder if these values are only for US system or they also apply to the metric system. If the metric system coefficients are different where can I find their values?

Both the momentum equation drag coefficient and the Yarnell Pier Shape Coefficient, K, are dimensionless. So whether you are working in US or SI units, they will be the same.
