Channel Design/Modification problem with fill areas

Hello!
I am working with a channel modification. In the image below there’s the template design and the resulting modified XS. I wonder if there’s a way to make the modified XS follow the dashed line so I can build the same levee on both sides of the main channel. So the resulting XS shoud fill the area below the dashed line, is there a way to make it?

In the Template Design you can check a box that says Fill Channel Below Template which should do what you want.
