I have added a road with culvert within the 2D area, using SA 2D connection. there is a 4 ft diameter culvert. the upstream culvert elevation has an invert elevation 1001.0. However, the cell (#C1469) elevation shown is 1002.96, which needs to be adjusted to 1001.0. How can this elevation of cell be modified in the geometry editor? The model will not run, until this is corrected.

I’m not aware of any way to adjust the cell elevation in the geometry editor.
The problem may be that cell 1469 is too small. You can adjust the location of the cell centers using the Options>Move Points. If you move cell 52 and 53 up (so they are further from the road) cell 1469 will extend further from the road. This might lower the elevation of 1469.
Alternately, it may be that the channel is missing from the terrain and you would need to add the channel into the terrain data. RAS does not have good tools to do this although it is possible by adding a fake 1D channel and using options in RASMapper to add the cross section shape to the terrain.

I shifted the roadway downstream a cell width, to pick up a lower true channel invert elevation. Now I can adjust my culvert inverts lower. thank you.
