Calculating reach length

Hi
I created cross sections at a distance of 50 meters one from the other, but due to curves in the reach, this distance is not constant for the LOB and ROB.
I’ld prefer not to measure it by hand, but rather have the software calculating it – is that possible?

You can do it automatically using HEC-GeoRAS and ArcGIS. By the way, we do HECRAS courses in Europe, and if you can get together 5 or more attendees it can be quite affordable. I just got done teaching a RAS class in Sweden. Let me know if you would like more information about this.

I use QGIS and not ArcGIS. Are you familiar with that software?

Also, is there a way to import bank stations (as csv for example) or do I need to define them per cross section?
