calculate drainage flow after junction

hey,
i have 1-D steady flow simulation with one river dividing into two. Is it possible to calculate the drainage flow after the junction for each river with hec ras (river b and river c) ?

it looks like this:

Ps: in my model i have already insert all cross section und the flow data for the main river
