baffle in culvert

how can I create baffle inside a culvert with every 25 feet inside a culvert?
I have already created culvert in add a bride or culvert editor in geometric data but just wondering how can I add inner structure inside culvert.

Lidded cross sections. Manipulate the bottom section of the cross section to mimic a baffle
