Another bug or just a data error in the 2D network ?

Hi,

Is there anyone that could take a look at my model ?

It’s a full 2D network made with HECRAS 5 beta (last release).

I didn’t find where is the problem but the simulation crashes as soon as I start to run the plan.

My configuration : Core i7-3610QM, RAM 8 Go, 25 Go free on HDD, Windows 10 French …

I tried also to run it under XP-Pro 64b US and I got a similar error (!?!?).

Hi Stephane,

The problem might be that your OS is in a language other than English. I downloaded your file and it runs without problem. Also check changing the date format of your computer for the standard American format: month/day/year

I doubt that it’s that kind of error …
I faced that problem when HECRAS 3.0 has been released many years ago.
I resolved it by setting my regional settings to US just before running the simulation …
It has been resolved with the 3.1 release …
I can’t imagine that it’s the same now (in 2015).
BTW, why I got the same error with the XP Pro US (i.e. English settings & language) ?
The XP Pro US is installed on my computer with Oracle VirtualBox.

I gave you that as a possible solution because I was able to run the model in my computer without problem. You can also try to re-do the 2D mesh.
