This is what I am doing now. I want to add a gate at the entrance of the culvert.

I have tried to build a gate, but it is No effect.

I hope you can answer for me. thank you very much
I can provide the file if needed.

Do you have multiple 2D meshes on top of each other (perimeter 1, 2, and 3)? That does’t make sense.

As for the gate in front of a culvert, what is the purpose? They appear to have the same dimensions so if it is a gate, just do a gate.

I only have one gate, and I hope that this gate will open when the reservoir reaches a certain water level.
But even if I pointed at the opening of the culvert, gate still has no effect.

Yea listen to Cameron above, You have different computational meshes on top of each other.

OK!I have now fixed the problem with the grid, but the gate still has no effect.
Can someone solve the problem of the gate for me?

you would need to set that up in the unsteady flow editor and assign the gate the correct inputs.

I have completed to set that up in the unsteady flow editor and assign the gate the correct inputs. But still useless
I wonder if I have not set the gate to the xy coordinates.
    What do you think?

you would need to set the gate with GIS coordinates as it is really long. You would need to delete the culvert as well.

So what do you mean by shortening the culvert?
