    Dear Sir,
    I have simulated a model in a river reach which is tidal in character. I
    submit flow hydrograph as u/s boundary and stage hydrograph as downstream
    boundary condition. As tidal river so at the downstream the stage
    hydrograph is sinusoidal in character that means two high tide and two low
    tide within 24 hours. After simulated the model for one year i have seen
    that for the same date like 15 January the upstream discharge is about 500
    m3/s and at the downstream is about 2500-3000 m3/s for the same date. How
    it is possible as the continuity equation. Did it happed due to tidal
    effect or this simulation is wrong or erroneous. Please give me answer
    because i submit my thesis work as soon as possible.
