1D/2D HEC-RAS 3-Day Training Course in France!
RAS Users! Here’s a great opportunity to receive training in 1D/2D HEC-RAS in Aix-en-Provence, France. The class will be held November 8, 9, and 10 and is open to anyone. I’ll be teaching the course in English, but we’ll have translation to French as needed. Whether you live in France, in Europe, or anywhere and want to travel, come join me! This class is advanced and assumes you have some experience in 1D unsteady flow modeling in HEC-RAS. It is very 2D-centric with an emphasis on building combination 1D/2D models. We’ll talk a lot about RAS Mapper, including how to pre- and post-process your model, as well as terrain modifications. This class will be taught with the new Version 6.0 and we’ll cover 2D Bridges!
